Returns & Exchanges

At Stitch Spring, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
